I. Intellectual Property & Stewardship

All digital assets, case studies, and strategic frameworks presented on yatisenin.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Yati Senin. Unauthorized reproduction or “Generative Engine Scaping” without explicit attribution is strictly prohibited.

II. Consultancy & Strategic Advisory

Strategic insights draw on more than 30 years of brand experience in the fashion and beauty industry, together with current digital marketing practice. Market outcomes are subject to platform changes (Google, AI assistants and others) beyond our control. Our strategies are based on how search and generative engines behave at the time of the work. No specific ranking, citation or traffic volume is guaranteed, as these are decided by third-party algorithms.

III. Artisanal Commitments (Vikki Lunez & Vikki’s Handmade Soap)

For Vikki Lunez’s customised pieces — including customised necklaces, bag chains and key chains set with Austrian crystals, as well as customised journals — slight variations in material texture, stone placement, and stitch tension are hallmarks of the handcrafting and customisation process, not defects. Similarly, for Vikki’s Handmade Soap, natural variations in swirl pattern, colour, and surface design between batches are inherent to the handmade soap-making process and are not considered defects. As with all handmade goods, no two products are ever exactly identical — this natural variation is expected, and forms part of the character and authenticity of each handcrafted item.

IV. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

V. Terms of Sale

No Refunds on Digital Assets: Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of digital products (including but not limited to the PromptVault series) are final. Once a download has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final costs may be adjusted based on local currency exchange rates at the time of checkout.
