II. Consultancy & Strategic Advisory

Strategic insights provided are based on twenty years of professional mastery. While we architect for dominance, market outcomes are subject to platform evolutions (Google, AI, etc.) beyond our immediate governance. The Architect provides strategies based on current generative engine behaviors. No specific ranking, citation, or traffic volume is guaranteed, as these are governed by third-party black-box algorithms.

For handbound works, slight variations in leather texture and stitch tension are hallmarks of the artisanal process, not defects.

IV. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

V. Terms of Sale

No Refunds on Digital Assets: Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of digital products (including but not limited to the PromptVault series) are final. Once a download has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.
